AZ Forex Education is committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our business and ensure fair use of our educational resources.

All course purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we offer limited refund options under specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

  • Course content is inaccessible due to technical problems on our end
  • Platform malfunctions that prevent course completion
  • Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges

Content Quality Issues

  • Course content significantly differs from the description
  • Missing or incomplete course materials
  • Audio/video quality issues that make content unusable

Billing Errors

  • Unauthorized charges on your account
  • Incorrect pricing applied to your purchase
  • Duplicate billing for the same course

3. Refund Timeframes

For eligible refund requests, we offer a 7-day window from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Not have completed more than 20% of the course content
  • Not have downloaded or saved course materials

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards:5-10 business days
PayPal:3-5 business days
Bank Transfer:7-14 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after completion
  • Inability to access course due to user's technical limitations
  • Failure to meet personal learning expectations
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • One-on-one coaching sessions (once scheduled)
  • Digital certificates or completion badges

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
