All course purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we offer limited refund options under specific circumstances as outlined below.

- Course content is inaccessible due to technical problems on our end
- Platform malfunctions that prevent course completion
- Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges

- Missing or incomplete course materials
- Audio/video quality issues that make content unusable

3. Refund Timeframes
For eligible refund requests, we offer a 7-day window from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Not have completed more than 20% of the course content
- Not have downloaded or saved course materials
